*Ramya Griddaluri has deep passion and reverance for Odissi dance form and is greatly interested in opportunities to showcase her talent in this art form to mesmerize dance patrons and reach newer audiences.
*She has been training in the classical Odissi dance for the past thirteen years at Mayur Dance Academy, Maryland, USA, under the tutelage of Smt. Sukanya Mukherjee and Ms. Mishka Shreya Mukherjee. She also attended several workshops organized by Mayur Dance Academy under well-known Odissi proponents like Guru Sharmila Biswas and Sri. Amulya Balabantrae.
*As a senior student of Mayur Dance Academy, Ramya performed at several festivals including the International Odissi Dance Festival in Bhubaneswar, Odisha in December 2018. She also had the opportunity to perform with Mayur Dance in their ‘Raavan’ production to raise funds for underprivileged children at Children’s Little Theatre (CLT) in Kolkata, India in 2019. She participated in local fundraisers and festivals in Maryland and Virginia such as Shivanjali, Montgomery arts festival etc. and represented Mayur Dance Academy.
