Divya began her training in Bharatanatyam at Bharatha Darshana, Bangalore at the age of 9, where she had the good fortune of being trained by the legendary Guru Smt. Nagamani Srinivasa Rao.
She was further nurtured by Guru Smt. Soujanya Madhusudan at Bharatha Darshana, under whose able guidance she performed her Arangetram in January 2020.
Divya currently trains under Smt. Swetha Vivek, senior disciple of Guru Smt. Nagamani Srinivasa Rao and Padma Shri Guru Adyar K Lakshman.
A class eleven student of Delhi Public School, Bangalore South, Divya has performed at Bangalore and various Facebook / Instagram handles.
Divya is also the recipient of the Certificate of Participation for her performance in the Guinness World Record event hosted by the Chidambaram Nataraja Temple, for which she was awarded the Title “Adal Nanmani”.
