Amrith Narayan

Amrith Narayan is a young and spirited Carnatic musician from Chennai and a disciple of Sangeetha Kalanidhi Kalaimamani Shi Neyveli Santhanagopalan. By profession he is a mechanical engineer from BITS Pilani, and MBA from IIM Kozhikode and worked with prestigious companies like Mercedes Benz, L&T and Deloitte until recently. Amrith also teaches intermediate and advanced levels of Carnatic music to talented aspirants. He has performed in over a hundred concerts in quite a few cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Trivandrum, Udipi etc. and has won many prizes, recent ones being: 1. 'Best vocalist-Junior' award from Vani Mahal, Chennai, 2 First prize for Pallavi Darbar's Global Pallavi Contest 3. Induction into the Hall of Fame by Live4You, 4. Runner up award in Times Thyagaraja competition and in Sankara Super Singer-4 and more
