Vassanth Ranganathan hails from a strong musical lineage, and has been learning carnatic vocal, keyboard and mridangam for past 4 years. He was initiated into carnatic vocal and keyboard by his father Dr.Ranganathan and currently learns keyboard from Vid.V.G.Vigneswar and vocal music from Kum.Chithra Murthy. He is a student of A.V.Manikandan for mridangam. Vassanth gave his debut keyboard concert in presence of Kanchi Shankaracharya in December 2019. He has won several prizes in Cleveland Aradana, Sivan Fine Arts Academy and Chicago Tyagaraja utsavam.
