I am a professional bharatanatyam dancer and teacher residing in Mumbai.I started learning dance under the tutelage of guru Shri Shankar Hombal disciple of late Smt RukminiDevi Arundale, Kalakshetra Chennai.Later, after shifting to Chennai I continued my training under various gurus including The Dhananjayans and Sahedevan and Sheela Sahadevan. I established my institute, NRITHYOPAASANA SCHOOL OF CLASSICAL DANCE in the year 2000 in Chennai and later in Mumbai in 2005. At present I am honing my dance skills under guru Shri S P Srinivasan, an alumni of Kalakshetra, Chennai. I conduct classes here in accordance with the Kalakshetra style. I have participated in various dance festivals and have received accolades for my performance.
