Kalpita completed her Bharatnatyam Visharad from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan under guidance of Guru Smt. Vidya Rao. Later she was a CCRT scholarship holder for Bharatnatyam. She completed her advanced diploma in Bharatnatyam from Nalanda Dance Research Center, Mumbai. Presently she is undergoing her advanced training under guidance of Guru Dr.Alka Lajmi. Besides being an Bharatnatyam practitioner, Kalpita is an fine actress and has contributed as an writer and director in Marathi Children's theater. She is a winner of title "Mrs Talented" at International Beauty Peagant of  Mrs IndiaWorldwide 2017. She is the founder and director of Kalpangan Sanskrutik Kendra, an performing arts institute that trains kids in dance,drama and music.
